Living Hope Care and Living Hope Management are affiliated companies founded by the same leadership team behind Living Hope Homes. Together, they form the foundation from which our Covenant Standard and operational best practices were born.
Before expanding into the Living Hope Homes Network, our founders owned and operated multiple residential care homes under the Living Hope Care and Living Hope Management companies. Through years of hands-on experience, we developed systems, care models, and leadership practices that define what compassionate, quality care looks like in a home setting.
Today, these same teams continue to own, operate, and manage select homes that are part of the Living Hope Homes Network. These homes serve as living examples of what it means to provide care that feels like family.
Our Role in the Network
Living Hope Care and Living Hope Management serve as:
- Operators – Owning and managing select homes within the Living Hope Homes Network.
- Consultants – Supporting independent providers within the network in achieving operational excellence.
- Leaders in Training – Sharing proven systems, staffing structures, and culture development that empower others to succeed.
- Stewards of the Covenant Standard – Ensuring every home bearing the Living Hope name embodies compassion, quality, and purpose.

At the bottom of each home listing, you’ll find a note identifying the ownership or management company.
- Homes labeled “Operated by Living Hope Care” are directly owned and operated by our team.
- Homes labeled “Managed by Living Hope Management” are overseen by our affiliate under a management partnership.
